Our newest project, Canal Commons 2, brings an additional 48 more units of workforce housing to the Canal Commons development in northeast Bend for a total of 96 units. This phase also features one, two and three bedroom units and shares access to the existing commons building and community room, fitness room, and playground.

Building on Pacific Crest’s sustainability goals, this project achieved Earth Advantage Platinum Status and incorporates solar panels to reduce electricity expenses. This project includes a 12-unit building and a 36-unit building.
