Canal Commons, our second workforce housing project, is located in Bend’s northeast quadrant with beautiful views of the Cascade Mountains, an adjacent canal, and close proximity to the 127 acre Pine Nursery public park. Consistent with our other properties, we have combined energy efficient design and construction in the development of Canal Commons. This thoughtfully designed project includes two 24-unit residential buildings featuring one, two and three bedroom units as well as a commons building with a community room and fitness room.
