Our First Project.

Mountain laurel Lodge - Bird's Eye View

Mountain Laurel Lodge (MLL) was completed in 2006 and has been 100% occupied for over 10 years.  It provides an independent rental apartment for over 55 seniors on Bend's west side, en route to the Cascade Lakes.

Pacific Crest's first project is reserved for households earning 60% of Area Median Income (AMI); the rental rates are fixed to be affordable for 40-50% of AMI and will remain as such for the next 60 years.

MLL was created in collaboration with the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Program, US Dept. of Housing and Urban Development (HOME), Oregon Department of Housing and Community Services, the City of Bend, and the Bend - LaPine School District.
